Notice of Intent to increase price per agreement on Zinc Battery Materials

Dear,
We continue to face an extreme inflationary environment in 2022 and have experienced unprecedented increasing manufacturing costs.
We have worked diligently to manage and offset these cost increases. However, due to macro events out of our control and the foreseen pressures to continue in 2022, and given the continued severity of the cost escalation, we can no longer afford not to pass along the rising cost, even after considering all alternatives to avoid this action. As a result, we are notifying you of our need increasing price $225/MT for all orders effective August 1, 2022.
Our companies enjoy a strong partnership and relationship; and we appreciate and value your business. During these challenging times I know our companies will find a way to continue to build on our strong partnership and relationship that we developed over the many years.
