EverZinc is looking to reinforce its European HQ in Ans (BE) team with an Operations Performance Analyst
SUMMARY
We are looking for an inquisitive, accurate, reliable Operations Analyst, who will monitor plant operations KPIs, conduct performance analyses on all operational aspects (costs, energy, CAPEX, ESG etc.), ensure plant data quality (daily, weekly, monthly) and reporting accuracy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the master of all operational data (volumes, costs, yields, energy, inventories, capex, FTE…), ensuring data quality and timing, and data consistent storage, accessibility and archiving.
- Provide the COO and the senior management with various operational performance analysis on demand.
- Be the operations SPOC for the FP&A team, ensuring data consistency (eg. for weekly and monthly reports).
- Ensure the complete implementation of all operational excellence initiatives, make sure the progress are reported and documented, with the supporting KPIs tracking.
- Animate the various reportings (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensure data quality and timing from all operations.
- CAPEX: be the process owner of the CAPEX request tool. Ensure that the Capex Requests are documented with the expected level of detail and completion. Support the COO in the animation of the global capex process.
- ESG: provide all set of operational data necessary to support the ESG initiatives. Ensure plant data consistency and follow-up of action plans.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum Bachelor
- Speak fluent English
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
- Broad general knowledge of industrial processes
- SAP, Microsoft & advanced Excel skills
