Jeroen van den Bosch has a 20 years’ experience in zinc chemicals and was involved in the early developments of Zano®.
Jeroen van den Bosch is the new Managing Director of EverCare, the EverZinc’s new business unit established to distribute Zano® and accelerate the development of ultrafine zinc oxide based products for skincare and extended shelf life packaging.
“Jeroen van den Bosch brings a 20 years’ experience in zinc chemicals and more especially in ultrafine zinc oxide. We are convinced that his knowledge of the products and the markets will help EverCare to reach its goal to create new opportunities aligned with customers' wishes and requirements” said Vincent Dujardin, EverZinc’s Chief Executive Officer.
Most recently serving as Director Technical Marketing and Sales at Ultra Chemicals, Jeroen van den Bosch started his career at Umicore where he participated in the development and commercialization of Zano®.
“I have always been very passionate about Zano® and I see a great potential to develop new markets and applications with this product” explained the new EverCare Managing Director. Before adding : “In the sunscreens market, people are more and more conscious about the safety aspects of the products they use and want to move away from chemical filters. This trend is also reaching a whole range of applications for daily wear cosmetics where Zano® can play an important role”.
Few months ago, EverCare announced an investment of more than 5 Million Euro in an additional line to increase current Zano® capacity by another 50% as from Q1 2020 onwards.
