HR Internship in our Headquarters!

For its headquarters based in Liège, EverZinc Group is looking for a highly motivated HR intern (m/w) willing to integrate a dynamic team in the framework of an internship.

As HR Intern you bring support and ideas on the following topics :

• Review of policies & HR processes in places / participation to the implementation of new ones depending on the needs,
• HR administrative tasks related to payroll, administrative follow-up & reporting
• Learning & development, you support the HR team in the development and implementation of an internal training program “EverZinc Academy”, you ensure the administrative follow-up of all training,
• Onboarding & recruitment, you actively participate to the recruitment & onboarding of new colleagues,
• Various HR projects, you ensure the organization of events dedicated to the employees such as Safety day, breakfasts, mobility week etc.
• You integrate & support the EverFun team, in charge of internal events for employees such as afterwork

Are you the intern we are looking for?

 In terms of functional requirements :

• You are in 2^nd or 3^rd year of HR Bachelor, available from February/March 2020
• Proficient in PowerPoint/word
• Fluency in English and French

In terms of skills & personality :

• Willing to learn, proactive and eager to take on responsibility
• You’re flexible and make sure work is done properly & in the respect of deadlines
• Communication skills, able to manage projects with various stakeholders
• You have strong desire to join an international environment where you can participate to global projects
