During the last 40 days, EverZinc had to face unprecedented challenges. As we now may see a light at the end of the tunnel, we remain focused on our production. EverZinc has done all it can to ensure consistent delivery of products on a long-term basis.
Many of our customers and their field of activities helped us support that Zinc is essential, now more than ever. Zinc is multifunctional and used in pharmaceutical products, rubber bands for masks, gloves, heart monitors, medical packaging, etc.
If some industries had been forced to shut down during the outbreak, we continue to be ready to provide them as soon as they restart their activities. As every company, unfortunately, we also had sick employees, but everyone did its best to minimize the impact on our production.
As the health of our employees, customers, suppliers, partners, etc. remains the most important, we worked hard with safety experts to evaluate coronavirus risks and needs in order to provide protocols and safety materials to all our colleagues. In these uncertain times, we proved it’s possible for everyone to stay positive and to maintain a good rhythm. Ending the spread of the virus is a responsibility for all of us.
We have, now more than ever, a close communication with all our plants across the world in order to follow the instructions given by the local health organizations.
We are now looking at the future, our future together. We will sustain our safety practices until the situation stabilizes.
Obviously, we remain available for all the concerns and inquiries of our business partners concerning capacity of production, delays or authorizations.
