For our Angleur (BE) site, 
we wish to engage 
an HR Officer

As HR Officer m/f/x, your main task will be to manage payroll and personnel administration.

• You will collect the information required for payroll (benefits, vacations, absences, etc.);
• You will be responsible for processing monthly pay calculations (monthly + bonuses) for blue-collar, white-collar and managerial staff;
• You will keep the various personnel files and administrative documents up to date;
• You will report data to the HR systems;
• You will monitor and apply changes in social legislation and labor law;
• You will be the employee's point of contact for questions relating to personnel administration;
• You'll be the point of contact for all temp agencies 
• You will take part in various HR projects

PROFILE

• You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, payroll training or proven experience in payrolling;
• You already have experience with a payroll interface ;
• You have an excellent knowledge of social legislation;
• You have a good knowledge of English;
• You have a very good command of the Office suite;

• You are rigorous, conscientious and flexible;
• You are a self-starter with good organizational skills;
• You have good communication skills;
• You have good analytical skills;
• You have an acute sense of confidentiality;
