As the global market leader of Fine Zinc Powder (formerly named zinc dust) with a production capacity of 100.000 tons per year, we developed three unique production process (Atomization, Larvik & Muffle), allowing us to offer the widest range of products.
Our Fine Zinc Powder, mostly used as anti-corrosion pigment in industrial coatings or as reducing agent and catalyst in various chemical reactions, is continuously improved to fit our customers’ and markets’ expectations. That’s why we developed new products such as alloyed powders (bismuth, aluminium, magnesium) or 0G, a zero gassing powder for use in 1-K and 2-K water-based anti-corrosion paint.
Sustainability-oriented, EverZinc has also improved its recycling technology and is now producing more than 30% of zinc metal pigment from zinc secondaries.
