As the European market leader of zinc oxide, with a capacity of over 75,000 tons per year, EverZinc offers an extensive choice of direct and indirect high purity zinc oxide products, designed to meet the particular needs of each specific industrial application.

EverZinc is the First and only producer of GMP zinc oxide covered by an official CEP certificate. We also develop, in collaboration with our customers, zinc oxide with specific characteristics in order to allow them to have the exact raw material they need for the manufacture of their product.

Feed material of the indirect process consists of very pure primary metallic zinc (SHG). This allows us to always supply our customers with the highest possible zinc oxide purity in the market. Meanwhile we use oxidized zinc residues generated by the zinc-processing industry as raw material for our direct process production line. As such, EverZinc is one of the world’s biggest recycler of residues from the galvanizing industry. More than 40% of the zinc units processed come from secondary sources, thereby aiming to reduce energy and primary raw materials requirements. And this, without jeopardizing the high quality standards of our products.

All direct or American process grades

Zinc oxide EPM is a direct or American process zinc oxide, which is produced by a reduction-oxidation process. The result is a high-quality zinc oxide with low lead and cadmium content, which is particularly needed in industrial applications.

All indirect or French process grades

Depending on the requested purity, the specific surface area needed and the physical aspects, Everzinc can propose the following grades : Platinum Seal, Gold Seal, White Seal, Green Seal, CO or Red Seal. All these products are issued from the indirect or French process and this wide range of products combined with our ability to produce specific surface areas upon request allow us to offer the product really suiting our customer’s needs.

GMP

The Zinc Oxide Pharma-GMP IS covered by an official GMP certificate and CEP. Further meet the specifications of the European (EP) and United States (USP) Pharmacopoeia monographs for zinc oxide.

Feed Grade - Afox 72/75

This technical grade of free flowing zinc oxide powder with 72/75% of zinc content is used as a source of zinc for Livestock. It is included in the animal feed, mostly via a premix with other trace elements. Afox is dioxin free, has a GMP+ certification and the impurities are strictly controlled.
